EMPLOYMENT, FRANCE, NEWS
Insup training organisation welcomed the MotivAction partnership on the 10th and 11th October, 2022 in their head offices in Bordeaux.
Together the partners have reviewed the IO1 developments, completed some activities and set objectives for the coming months especially the output IO2 : The exploitation guidelines for users and the exploitation guidelines for educators.
The partners have to launch the national pilot phase by 10 counselors / 20 adult learners. Their feedback will be analyzed and will lead to the review and completion of the exploitation guide for users and educators, to be delivered by the end of the pilot action.
During these two collaborative days, Insup organised a workshop led by the digital department staff. They presented the card game named Partage2Co, developed by their departement, with the objective of improving digital competences for any person who is in a situation of “Digital Precariousness” through play. The practice consists in a card game (32 cards), on which – thanks to a QR code, users will be able to enter an app software that will provide them with information, resources and training for increasing their digital competences and autonomy.
The french Erasmus + Education and Training National Agency coordinates the European Agenda for Adult Learning (AEFA). They had been invited to present the work of an experts’ panel in which Insup collaborates. They have published a guide : Advocating for digital inclusion in work organizations. The guide proposes concrete paths: a focus on the function of digital referent and resources to take action. Unable to attend at the last moment, the French national Agency asked Insup to present their powerpoint. The next step of the expert panel’s work will be the construction of a reference framework for the digital referent.
